6L Dental Ultrasonic Cleaner with 35 kHz Ultrasonic Frequency, Digital Controls, Adjustable Heating, and Convenient Drainage

The JMU ultrasonic cleaner is designed to efficiently clean dental instruments, veterinary surgical instruments, and other reusable medical instruments. Featuring a 6-liter stainless steel tank, a 35 kHz ultrasonic frequency, adjustable heating, and a digital control panel, this dental ultrasonic cleaning machine is a practical choice for dental practices and veterinary clinics. The ultrasonic cleaner comes with a stainless steel rack and a 28 mm stainless steel tray for convenient instrument placement, supporting routine cleaning in clinical settings.

Features

  • 6L SUS 304 Stainless Steel Tank: The 1.6-gallon (6-liter) ultrasonic cleaning tank is made of SUS 304 stainless steel for durability and convenient maintenance. With a maximum cleaning length of 13.4 inches (340 mm), this ultrasonic cleaner accommodates a variety of dental and veterinary instruments.
  • Digital Control Panel with Preset Cleaning Cycles: The three-color LED display and capacitive touch controls provide straightforward operation. Six preset timer settings and three temperature options allow users to adjust cleaning cycles according to their needs.
  • Convenient Touch Controls: The four-button capacitive touch panel makes it easy to select cleaning time and temperature. Its simplified design supports convenient operation.
  • 35 kHz Ultrasonic Cleaning Performance: Operating at 35 kHz with approximately 110 W of ultrasonic power (2 × 55 W), the CD-4861 ultrasonic cleaner helps remove debris from instrument surfaces and hard-to-reach areas during the cleaning process.
  • Dual Ultrasonic Transducers: Two industrial-grade ultrasonic transducers operate through independent driver circuits to support stable ultrasonic output and efficient cleaning.
  • Adjustable Heating System: Two ceramic heating elements provide approximately 160 W of total heating power (2 × 80 W). Select from three temperature settings: 122°F, 131°F, or 140°F (50°C, 55°C, or 60°C), depending on instrument and cleaning-solution requirements.
  • Stainless Steel Rack and Instrument Tray: The included stainless steel rack and 28 mm stainless steel tray help position instruments within the cleaning tank. Appropriate placement helps expose instrument surfaces to the cleaning solution.
  • Built-In Drain Valve and Dual Cooling Fans: The drain valve simplifies removal of used cleaning solution, while two cooling fans help manage heat during extended operation.
  • Durable Housing and Electronic Components: The 4.5 mm-thick engineering plastic housing features a dual-seal design for added durability and water resistance. A moisture-resistant PCB coating and industrial-grade IC components help support reliable operation.

Tips

  • Not suitable for cleaning pearls, sea turtle shells, coral, and other jewelry with natural scratches.
  • Not suitable for cleaning coated glasses, welded or plated glasses frames, and watch dials, since it is easy to accelerate the peeling of the coating or paint surface.
  • Do not turn on the unit without water in the tank. Dry running will damage the unit.
  • Do not use corrosive solutions to avoid corroding the tank.
Does an ultrasonic cleaner sterilize dental instruments?
No. A dental ultrasonic cleaner helps remove debris and organic contamination from compatible instrument surfaces, including areas that may be difficult to clean manually. It does not sterilize instruments. After cleaning, reusable dental instruments must undergo the appropriate reprocessing steps according to the instrument manufacturer’s instructions and applicable infection-control protocols. Instruments requiring sterilization must be properly prepared, packaged as appropriate, and sterilized before reuse.
What type of cleaning solution should be used in a dental ultrasonic cleaner?
Use a cleaning solution intended for ultrasonic instrument cleaning that is compatible with the machine, the instruments, and the intended application. Follow the equipment, instrument, and cleaning-solution manufacturers’ instructions for dilution, temperature, and cleaning time. Avoid corrosive or otherwise incompatible solutions that could damage the tank or instruments.
How do I choose the right ultrasonic cleaner for a dental clinic?
When choosing a dental ultrasonic instrument cleaner, consider tank capacity, usable internal dimensions, the size and quantity of instruments, cleaning frequency, timer and temperature controls, drainage, and compatibility with the intended cleaning solution. A larger tank may accommodate more or longer instruments, but check the usable space with the intended rack, basket, or tray in place, and follow the manufacturer’s loading instructions.
Does a dental instrument cleaning machine remove all debris automatically?
No. Cleaning results depend on the instrument design, the type and amount of debris, the cleaning solution, the equipment settings, and correct loading. After cleaning, inspect instruments for visible residual debris and damage. If debris remains, repeat or supplement cleaning according to the instrument and equipment manufacturers’ instructions before proceeding with reprocessing. Remove damaged instruments from service for evaluation.
What should I do after ultrasonic cleaning?
Follow the instrument manufacturer’s reprocessing instructions. Rinse instruments as directed to remove cleaning-solution residue, dry them thoroughly, and inspect them for cleanliness and damage. Then complete any required preparation, packaging, and sterilization or other appropriate processing before reuse. Use appropriate personal protective equipment and safe handling procedures when handling contaminated instruments and cleaning solution.
