1. Why can't my motor handpiece connect to the base wirelessly?
If the wireless connection fails, first press and hold the ON/OFF button for more than 5 seconds to restart the motor handpiece. Then place the handpiece close to the charging base and power it on again to re-establish the wireless connection.
2. Why can't the contra-angle be calibrated?
Calibration may fail if the procedure is interrupted because excessive resistance is detected in the contra-angle. Recalibrate the motor handpiece, clean and lubricate the contra-angle, and then repeat the calibration process to ensure accurate performance.
3. Why is my motor handpiece getting hot?
The motor handpiece may become hot after prolonged use. Allow the device to cool down before continuing treatment to maintain optimal performance and extend the service life of the motor.
4. Why does the rotary file become stuck in the root canal?
A rotary file may bind in the canal if the file settings are incorrect or excessive pressure is applied during instrumentation. Press the REV button to reverse the rotation, then carefully withdraw the file before continuing treatment.
5. Why does the reciprocating file become stuck in the root canal?
A reciprocating file may become stuck if excessive pressure is used or the file is not cleaned regularly. Carefully remove the file by gently pulling it out and rotating it clockwise with suitable pliers, then clean or replace the file before resuming the procedure.
